Το WordPress εξ’ αρχής είναι μία από τις δυνατότερες πλατφόρμες για blogging. Παρέχει πολλές δυνατότητες που μας κάνουν διευκολύνουν πολύ, αλλά μπορεί να μας δώσει ακόμη περισσότερες εάν χρησιμοποιούμε plugins. Επειδή είναι πάρα πολλά, είναι πολλές φορές δύσκολο να βρούμε το σωστό. Γι’ αυτό συνέλεξα έναν μικρό κατάλογο με τα “must” plugins. I thought of this blog post while looking my traffic stats in Google Analytics and in WordPress’ blog stats. Actually I was looking in the “traffic sources” summary from Analytics. Let’s take it from the start though. Bloggers need audience -readers- in order to keep writing and blogging. Bloggers need feedback, motivation and everything that a normal man needs. Bloggers are not something more nor less than just another person next door. But how a new blogger will gain a sufficient audience and keep going? There are plenty of ways which are presented and explained in tons of other articles. Την Τρίτη είχα μια ενδιαφέρουσα συζήτηση με τον φίλο μου τον Μάριο, σχετικά με το backlinking και το πόσο σημαντικό είναι να υπάρχει στα blogs. Thoughts on Blog commenting
Lately I’ve seen that commenting on blog posts in the traditional way, slowly disappears. I mean that communication between the blogger/writer and the readers/community is moving time by time to third party web services like Friendfeed or Twitter and many, many others. Plus, that me personally don’t see any participation from the small community of my blog, which counts about 4 to 5 people who read the RSS Feed.
